TEMPLATE FOR THE NASM VISITORS' REPORT
In an attempt to better facilitate writing the report, NASM has created an optional template, intended for use by the chair of the visiting team, that provides the basic outline and requisite sections covered in the report.
The template, linked below, was formatted in Microsoft Word so that it can be used as a foundation for conversion to specific Visitors' Reports.
