After positive action by the Commission on Accreditation, the following new member institution was granted Associate Membership:

Progress Reports were accepted from eighteen (18) institutions and acknowledge from three (3) institutions recently granted renewal of Membership.

Seven (7) applications were approved for Substantive Change.

Action was deferred on one (1) application for Substantive Change.

Seventy-seven (77) programs were granted Plan Approval.

Action was deferred on fifty-six (56) programs submitted for Plan Approval.

Progress Reports were accepted from four (4) institutions concerning programs recently granted Plan Approval.

Twenty-seven (27) programs were granted Final Approval for Listing.

Action was deferred on three (3) programs submitted for Final Approval for Listing.

One (1) program was granted Basic Listing.

Action was deferred on one (1) program submitted for Basic Listing.

Eight (8) institutions were notified regarding failure to submit the 2024-25 Accreditation Audit.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the 2023-2024 Accreditation Audit.

Eight (8) institution were notified regarding failure to submit the 2024-25 Affirmation Statement.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the 2023-2024 Affirmation Statement.

Eighty-eight (88) institutions were notified regarding failure to submit the 2023-24 HEADS Data Survey.

One hundred and eight (108) institutions were notified regarding failure to submit the 2024-25 HEADS Data Survey.

Three (3) institution were notified regarding monies outstanding for 2023-2024.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to hold a visit during the 2022-2023 academic year.

Three (3) institutions were granted second-year postponements for re-evaluation.

Progress Reports were accepted from one (1) institution recently granted postponement of accreditation review.

Eleven (11) institutions were notified regarding successful review of the Supplemental Annual Report.

One (1) institution was notified regarding failure to submit the Supplemental Annual Report.
