NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Subsequent to the placement of the institution on suspension on March 12, 2025 due to its filing of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and as a result of the inability of the institution to demonstrate and ensure its ongoing fundamental viability which led to the institution’s decision to cease operations effective May 29, 2025, as announced by the institution on May 29, 2025, the NASM Commission on Accreditation took action during its spring meetings held May 29 – June 2, 2025 to revoke the institution’s membership, notifying the institution of this decision on June 10, 2025 (see NASM Handbook 2024-2025, Bylaws, Article I., Section 6.; Rules of Practice and Procedure, Part II., Article IV., Section 5.).

Given the institution’s ongoing work to complete and implement both its teach-out plan and teach-out agreement, NASM will maintain the institution’s accreditation until no later than July 15, 2025 – a reasonable amount of time to enable the institution to complete the activities in its teach-out plan and to fulfill the obligations of its teach-out agreement – this to assist students in transferring or completing their programs of study (see NASM Handbook 2024-25, Standards for Accreditation, Note below XXI., Section 1.K.2.b.2.).
