Back to 2024 Annual Meeting

Fees

The Annual Meeting registration fee is $210.00 and covers all sessions and events.

Deadline

Online meeting registration will close at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, October 25, 2024. The list of attendees provided to meeting attendees will include only the names of individuals who have registered by October 25.

After October 25, registration for Pre-Meeting Workshops and the Annual Meeting may only be accomplished on-site at the Hilton Chicago, beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, November 22. On-site registration will be assessed an additional fee of $25. To expedite on-site processing, please bring a completed registration form.

Paper Registration

If you are unable to complete registration online or do not wish to pay by credit card, you may download and print the hard copy NASM 2024 Annual Meeting Registration Form (PDF). Complete and mail, email, or fax the form, along with payment, to the NASM National Office at the address indicated on the form in time to be received by October 25.

Hotel Reservations

This form is for meeting registration purposes only. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the Hilton Chicago by November 1, 2024.

Annual Meeting Mobile App

Program materials will be offered in electronic format through the NASM Annual Meeting app. Instructions for downloading and using the app will be provided prior to the Annual Meeting.

Spouses, Partners, and Guests

Spouses, partners and other guests of NASM meeting attendees are cordially invited to attend the two General Sessions of the Annual Meeting, as well as any receptions and breakfasts hosted for the Association. 

The Reception for Spouses, Partners and Guests will be held on Sunday, November 24, 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. If your spouse or guest will attend, please check the appropriate box and provide the individual’s full name as prompted in the online payment process or on the NASM Annual Meeting Registration form. 

Note: Spouses, partners, and guests who plan to attend regular meeting sessions other than those indicated above should complete a separate registration form and pay the full registration fee. 

Pre-Meeting Workshops

Any fees indicated below are in addition to the Annual Meeting registration fee. If you would like to register for a Pre-Meeting Workshop separately from the Annual Meeting, click here. +Box lunch and refreshments will be provided to registrants.

Annual Meeting Sessions

For planning purposes, please check the box below if you will be attending the Orientation for Music Executives New to NASM, Welcome Roundtable for Women Music Executives, and/or Workshop: Specific Procedures for NASM Evaluation. *Box lunch will be provided to registrants.

Scheduled Meetings

These individually assigned and scheduled appointments are intended to provide to interested Annual Meeting attendees who indicate interest in advance an opportunity to meet with experienced administrators or NASM staff to discuss topics related to the work of music executives. Individuals requesting appointments will be contacted directly with their scheduled time.
